Body Dynamic's Bootcamp is Victoria's premier Bootcamp. It's designed to help you lose fat and get fit. You will increase your strength and endurance - and have fun doing it!
We offer the most flexible schedule in town. 10 weekly classes to choose from. Come to as many as you like to get as fit as possible for one low monthly cost!
Mon / Wed / Fri - 5:30am sessions are all located in the Westshore.
Session are held outside at beautiful parks, beaches, schools and places you never thought you would be using as a gym!

All BDHQ trainers are BCPRA/ACE certified and specially trained to design a program just for you. They can also address any special dietary or physical conditions/injuries you may have.
