Saturday, Sept 25, 1:00 - 2:00 - this free class, for first timers only, will go over all the fun things we do in our studio classes...how to swing a kettlebell, what we do with the TRX and how we kick your butt with a car tire.  Come and see what everyones talking about - on the house!

THE DRILL - Saturday / Sunday - 10:30 - 11:45am
This 75 minute workout utilizes the whole studio for a workout like no other!  Circuit set-up full of plyometrics, TRX, kettlebells, cardio drills, agility exercises and lots more.  This will be your hardest workout of the week!  High energy circuit training at its best.  DJ’s stop by to play live music at this class.

THE BURNOUT - Monday / Wednesday - 5:00 - 6:00pm
Interval training at its best using nothing but body resistance and a car tire…this is THE BURNOUT!  BDHQ is taking your workouts to the next level.  Feel the BURN in your muscles as you BURN the fat right off your body.  All levels welcome. 

CARDIO BURNOUT - Tuesday / Thursday - 12:00 - 12:50
Bikes and cars – OH MY!  Half spin class, half tire training, BDHQ’s newest interval training class.  All levels welcome. 

(UB) URBAN BOOTCAMP - Monday / Wednesday / Friday - 6:00 - 7:00am

From the people who brought you the best outdoor Bootcamp in town, you can now experience what everyone’s talking about, indoors and downtown!  1 hr class.         

THE HUSTLE - Monday / Wednesday / Friday - 12:00 - 12:50 
This is Urban Bootcamp condensed into an action packed 50 minutes of total body conditioning.  Plyometrics, drills, calisthenics….zero choreography with huge results.  Be back at your desk at 1:00 and have your workout done before your day is over!      

SPIN/ABS - Tuesday, 6:00 - 7:00pm
40 minutes cardio and 20 minutes of abs.  Oh yeahhhh...

(KB) KETTLEBELLS - Tuesday / Thursday - 5:00 - 6:00pm - Saturdays at noon 
James Bekerley, American Kettlebell Coach, leads this challenging class using Russian Kettlebells.  Utilize both strength and cardiovascular conditioning for one power packed hour of fun.

TRX / SPIN - Thursday, 6:00 - 7:00pm
Half cardio, half strength on the TRX suspension training system.  This workout uses both popular and effective forms of training to get a full body workout!  Great for the fittest athlete and the beginner participant.

Introductory Offer - 2 classes for $25 (must be used in the same week - one time only)
$150 + GST per month for unlimited studio classes.  Sign-up is on a month-to-month basis.
