Wendy’s considerable accomplishments are rooted in the fact that she never stands still or settles for second best. Wendy was introduced to her first gym and dumbbells at the young age of 16, and 20 years later with 2 girls of her own, she has maintained her health by simply continuing to push, pull and lift in the gym and outdoors. Wendy is a BCRPA certified Personal Trainer and is new to the fitness industry, yet brings 20 years of knowledge, energy and drive to her clients and the people around her. Being a mother of two busy girls, Wendy believes physical activity should be a priority for everyone to enable people to live life to its fullest potential.

She loves to challenge people to do new things because she believes that people have the ability to do anything they want to do, they sometimes just need a little push.
