    Jason was an ambassador for Lululemon, he is the co-leader of November Project Victoria, and he also leads a run clinic called Westcoast Running.  Jason loves to teach all classes, especially spin.  He leads a very active life; he has completed 11 Full Ironmans, 21 Half Ironmans, 24 marathons, and numerous half marathons and other running races.  So come out and meet Jason at one of his kick ass classes!! 

  • Lovisa-Anderson

    Lovisa has been a trainer with BDHQ since 2001. She's the manager of the studio, Bootcamp and indoor instructor. Growing up, she was super active and always had a passion for fitness and health and has continued to live actively through teaching this way of life to others. Her life has revolved around fitness for so many years that doing anything other than being active just seemed wasteful.  “When you're sweating together in a group and there's loud music playing, you feel like you're part of something beyond just a workout.”

  • lizcarterShe's all business in her workouts, probably because she has a degree in Phys Ed and teaching. Liz is also a competitive rower. Get to one of her classes. You will leave covered in sweat!

  • johnnyolarteJohnny is a local Realtor and been BCRPA certified since the 2001. He has been working out consistently from a very young age, always maintaining a very balanced and challenging work-out routine. Johnny is passionate about motivating others to train hard as well and has been enjoying teaching spin classes for five years now. With fun drills and constantly changing playlist, he promises to bring a ton of energy and excitement to each class.

    Alannah is a CSEP (Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology) certified personal trainer and has completed her diploma in Exercise and Wellness at Camosun College. She will be continuing on with her education to get her degree in Sport and Fitness Leadership in the fall. Alannah will become a CSEP-CEP (certified exercise philologist) when she finishes her degree. Alannah has always had a passion for all things health and fitness related. She strives to challenge her clients while keeping them motivated and wanting more. Her speciality is outdoor bootcamp. "There is something powerful about using your surroundings and your own body weight to get a great workout in."

  • meghanwylieMeghan had an active upbringing playing a variety of sports, focusing on soccer from the age of 6 to 22. In high school she began going to the gym where she enjoyed designing her own workouts and always switching things up to keep the workouts exciting and fun. In 2009, Meghan discovered Body Dynamics and quickly fell in love with variety from tires to kettlebells, the sense of community and the idea of always pushing yourself as hard as you can! This mantra has inspired Meghan to obtain her BCRPA certification to spread her love of fitness and help motivate others to push their limits.

  • DJAngerBDHQ is proud to have DJ Anger, Victoria's best party DJ to spin tunes live at our weekend Drill classes (with surprise sets from the rest of his Party People Sound Solutions crew - DJ Primitive, DJ Jetts, DJ Dundidit and DJ Speedyshoes).  Angus's beats will make your hardest workout of the week fly by!
