Michele Shorter of The Shorter Approach will lead and help you to eat right, exercise efficiently and transform your life.  You have the amazing support and accountability of your fellow participants and trainers who truly care about your success.  Goal setting and goal setting coaching to help you live an extraordinary life.  We are offering more than just weight loss, we are here to help you live your best life.  

* This is the first program to utlize both BDHQ and BD24hr. There is no excuse not to get your workout in this summer!

Option 1:
Full program
Nine Sunday epic workouts followed by a weekly check-in.

Includes:
- Unlimited BDHQ class schedule, small group training, Outdoor Bootcamp, Baby Bootcamp
- Unlimited BD24hr class schedule and 24hr gym acces (inlcuding $35 key fob) with 6 prime time spin classes, 7 x train classes and a kickboxing class! Accountability/attendance sticker board in gym and a buddy system
- Two Saturday group hikes per month
- Two goal setting sessions - goal setting, vision boarding, meal prep, clothes swap, community events.
- Private Facebook group with daily posts, weekly weigh-ins for accountability, goals, prepping and planning worksheets, workout plans, recipes, nutritional guidelines and straight up love coming at ya all the time by Michele Shorter :)

Tuesday 6pm goal sessions:

Rate:
$119 / month or $239 paid in full.

Option 2:  

Includes:
